Account deactivated due to overdue invoice, how to fix
An invoice is generated 30 days before its due date, once that date is past you will be sent an overdue notice and if payment is not made within 7 days of that overdue notice your service will be deactivated, 7 days after that it will be deleted if still unpaid.
You can pay anytime within that time to reactivate your service.
Please keep your invoices paid on time to help keep our prices low.
